Name That Voice!

Okay, this is too much fun not to share.  There’s a cool site called I Write Like that allows you to paste a snippet of your work into an analyzer and *POOF* out pops the famous writer whose style yours is most similar to.  I tried it with several different short story and novel opening samples, and generally got the same name every time.  When you’re wading your way through revisions like I am, you tend to come to the realization that you can’t write your way out of a paper bag sometimes (at least I do).
So give it a try.  I promise you a little lift, even if, like me, you’ve never read anything the famous author has ever written.  Excuse me, I’ve got a little shopping to do on Amazon…
